It can be handled all year round, from 8:00- 16:00 every day, and it needs to be handled at the offline outlets. Handling requirements are as follows:

( 1)? Wuxi household registration personnel whose ID number begins with "3202" shall be handled with the original and photocopy of the resident ID card.

(2)? A new citizen of Wuxi, whose ID number and address are not in Wuxi, should hold the original and photocopy of the resident ID card and the original household registration book (Wuxi).
