Handan City Talent Card Application Conditions

1. Fresh graduates must obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates before July 31, 2022. For those in need of talents, the time for graduation certificates and degree certificates can be relaxed to July 31, 2023.

2. Master’s degree candidates should be under 35 years old (born after July 31, 1986), and doctoral candidates should be under 45 years old (born after July 31, 1976), who are in short supply or who are particularly outstanding. The age for PhD qualifications can be relaxed appropriately.

3. Meet the professional and related requirements of the required position.
