Measures for the Administration of Members of China Cotton Textile Industry Association

Article 1 In order to strengthen the membership management of China Cotton Textile Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as China Cotton Textile Industry Association), strengthen the organizational construction of China Cotton Textile Industry Association, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the Regulations of the Ministry of Civil Affairs on the Administration of Social Organizations and the articles of association of China Cotton Textile Industry Association, combined with the characteristics of the industry.

Article 2 China Cotton Association implements membership management. The purpose of membership system is to establish a standardized and scientific network of member organizations, to quickly transmit industry information through timely publicity and implementation of relevant laws and regulations, to improve the service quality of China Cotton Association to cotton textile and related industries, to enhance mutual cohesion, and to promote and guarantee the healthy and orderly development of China cotton textile industry.

Article 3 The secretariat of China Cotton Association is responsible for the daily management of its members. Article 4 All enterprises, institutions and social organizations that support the articles of association of China Cotton Association, implement the resolutions of China Cotton Association, voluntarily fulfill their membership obligations, engage in cotton textile industry and related fields, and have certain influence in this industry and field may apply to join China Cotton Association.

Article 5 The basic conditions for a group member to join a club are:

1, which must be an enterprise or institution with independent legal personality;

2, cotton textile enterprises should have a certain scale of production and operation and good performance;

3. Social organizations should have greater influence in the local area;

4. Relevant units should be representative in this field;

Article 6 Procedures for joining China Cotton Association:

1, the unit applies to join the association;

2. Fill in the Registration Form of Member Units of China Cotton Textile Industry Association;

3. Provide a brief introduction of the unit;

4, the secretariat after the audit report to the Council or the Standing Council for approval;

5. After approval, membership certificate will be awarded;

Article 7 Membership shall not be approved under any of the following circumstances:

1. Enterprises during bankruptcy and reorganization;

2. There is fraud in the declaration process;

3. Being delisted for violating the articles of association of China Cotton Association for less than three years;

4. Other circumstances prohibited by national laws and regulations.

Article 8 Rights of members:

(a) have the right to vote, to be elected and to be elected;

(two) have the right to participate in the management of the association;

(3) Having the right to make suggestions, supervise and criticize the work of the Association;

(4) Having the right of joint proposal;

(five) to participate in various activities organized by the association and give priority to the consulting services provided by the association;

(6) Freedom to apply for withdrawal;

(seven) other rights stipulated in the articles of association;

(8) Individual members and honorary members enjoy three, four, five and three rights.

Article 9 Obligations of Members:

(a) abide by the articles of association, implement the resolutions of the association, and safeguard the interests of the industry;

(two) actively support and participate in various activities organized by the association, complete the work and tasks entrusted by the association, and provide all kinds of information, materials and reports needed by the association in a timely manner as required;

(three) to provide reasonable suggestions for the development of the industry and the work of the association;

(four) to pay membership fees in accordance with the provisions;

(5) Other obligations stipulated in the articles of association.

(6) Honorary members and individual members only undertake one, two or three obligations. Article 10 The Trade Department of the Secretariat of China Cotton Association is responsible for the collection of membership fees.

Article 11 Membership fee standard:

1, the annual membership fee is 2000 yuan;

2. The annual membership fee of the governing unit is 3,000 yuan;

3. The annual membership fee of the executive director unit is 5,000 yuan;

4. Annual membership fee of the vice-president unit 10000 yuan;

5, according to the relevant provisions of the state, unit members can voluntarily pay membership fees beyond the above standards to support the development of the association;

6. Honorary members are exempt from membership fees;

7. Individual members voluntarily pay a certain amount.

Twelfth the use of membership fees should be strictly managed, mainly for:

1. Part of the expenses for convening a general meeting or a representative meeting, council and standing council;

2. Public welfare expenditure to promote the development of cotton textile industry;

3. Subsidies for holding various professional activities;

4. Providing information, publicity materials and other expenses for members;

5. Rewards for units or individual members who have made outstanding contributions;

6. Subsidized office expenses for offices, branches and subordinate institutions of the Association;

7 at home and abroad to promote the activities of China Cotton Association and its member units;

8. Other expenses stipulated in the Regulations on the Administration of Societies.

Article 13 Measures for payment of membership dues:

1. In order to reduce the workload, except in special circumstances, the member units shall, in principle, pay the membership fee for this (five-year) period in one lump sum according to their positions during their stay in China Cotton Association.

2. Newly approved members shall pay annual membership fees and subsequent annual membership fees within one month from the date of approval for membership.

3. Members who join the membership in the second half of the year will pay the membership fees for half a year and the next few years in the current period;

4. The membership fee shall be paid to the secretariat of China Cotton Textile Industry Association.

Article 14 When a member withdraws from the club or is removed from the club, the membership fees, grants and donations paid by him will not be refunded.

Article 15 The management of membership dues of this Association shall implement the financial management system stipulated by the state and accept the supervision of the members' congress and relevant departments. Article 16 China Cotton Association shall commend the member units with outstanding performance.

The honorary title of advanced unit member of China Cotton Association is awarded to the unit members who earnestly fulfill and abide by the articles of association of China Cotton Association, actively participate in various activities organized by China Cotton Association, have outstanding work performance, and conscientiously fulfill the rights and obligations of China Cotton Association members;

Seventeenth members who violate one of the following provisions have the right to give notice, warning, criticism and termination of membership according to the seriousness of the case.

1. Organizing or engaging in various activities in the name of China Cotton Association without the approval of China Cotton Association;

2. Contacting overseas organizations in the name of China Cotton Association without authorization, causing adverse effects;

3. Failing to pay the membership fee as required, and failing to explain the reasons;

4, in violation of the articles of association of China Cotton Association and the relevant provisions, if the circumstances are serious;

5. Violation of national laws and regulations, subject to criminal or corresponding punishment;

6, detrimental to the image of the industry, and cause adverse effects;

7. Failing to participate in the activities of China Cotton Association for two consecutive years without justifiable reasons.

Eighteenth members who are rewarded or punished shall be announced by the China Cotton Association in the designated media and websites. Article 19 If a member requests to withdraw from the meeting, he shall submit a written report to the secretariat of China Cotton Association and return his membership card.

Membership will be cancelled and published on the designated media and websites.

Twentieth annual membership dues overdue for 2 years, for 2 consecutive years not to participate in the activities of China Cotton Association, as a waiver of membership rights, automatic withdrawal.

Article 21 once a member withdraws from the meeting, his membership and all the rights he enjoys will be cancelled. Article 22 These Measures were adopted by the Council of this Association 165438+ on October 7, 2005.

Article 23 The Secretariat of the Association shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Measures.
