Responsibilities of production process supervisor

1. Be responsible for the company's technical work and process management, implement the national technical work laws, regulations, principles and policies, and seriously implement the national or industry advanced standards. Organize the formulation of short-term and long-term development plans and process management plans for technological work, and implement them after application and approval.

2. Be responsible for the daily management of the process department, implement the company's rules and regulations, formulate departmental management systems and working procedures, supervise the implementation of process discipline, check and record its implementation, and put forward suggestions for revision in time.

3, organize the preparation of product process documents, material consumption quota, labor quota. Design process equipment according to technical quality requirements, and be responsible for the verification and improvement of process tools. Design production facilities and equipment supporting scheme. Prepare and manage process documents according to national standardization management requirements and relevant company regulations.

4, organize technicians to go deep into the production site, grasp the quality situation, guide and urge the workshop technicians to solve technical problems in production in time, and do a good job in technical service.

5. Responsible for organizing the countersignature of new product drawings and the design of process tools for batch trial production of new products, improving the trial production report and related process data, and participating in the identification of new products.
