(3) Undergraduate students are 28 years old and below, and master students are 33 years old and below (the age calculation deadline is 65438+February 3, 20201).

(4) Have more than two years of clinical work experience, and those with clinical experience in neurosurgery, general surgery, neurology, ICU, operating room and emergency are preferred.

Three. Job content and job responsibilities

(1) Personnel who represent organ donation institutions to carry out publicity and mobilization of human organ donation, donation witness, information report and other related work according to law.

(two) in the area designated by the OPO office, engaged in the work related to human organ donation.

(3) Accept the dynamic supervision, training and assessment of OPO office.

(4) Abide by the laws, regulations and ethics of People's Republic of China (PRC), be responsible for the popularization, publicity and consultation of human organ donation, carry forward the spirit of "humanity, fraternity and dedication", and devote yourself wholeheartedly to the cause of human organ donation.

(5) Actively study, master and disseminate knowledge about human organ donation, discover and identify potential donors, publicize and promote the understanding and recognition of donors and their families on human organ donation, collect relevant information, protect the personal information of donors and recipients, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of donors and recipients.

(VI) If potential donors are found, the basic information of potential donors, corresponding DCD coordination and implementation progress shall be reported to DCD Implementation Department and OPO Office in time.

(seven) to understand the donor's family background, communicate with the relatives of potential donors, explain the basic common sense, significance and related policies of organ donation, and strive for the understanding and support of family members, and finally voluntarily donate.

(eight) to assist OPO medical experts to carry out relevant medical evaluation, check the donor's illness (injury) and prognosis evaluation, death judgment, termination of treatment advice, etc.

(9) On behalf of OPO, sign the informed consent of human organ donation and other relevant legal documents with donors or their close relatives, and witness the signing of the willingness (consent) of human organ donation by donors or their close relatives.

(ten) to supervise the implementation of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) instead of cardiopulmonary bypass and other medical intervention measures for donors.

(eleven) accept the dispatch of OPO office, coordinate the work arrangement of organ donation and transportation, witness and record the whole process of organ acquisition, organ distribution and transportation.

(12) Responsible for collecting, sorting out and reporting the relevant materials after the donation is completed (photos of the donor before his death, voluntary donation of human organs signed by himself or his family, registration form, household registration book, ID card, death certificate, marriage certificate, copy of birth certificate, etc. ) and make electronic materials to commemorate the donors.

(thirteen) within 7 working days after the completion of the human organ donation case, according to the need to inform the donor's close relatives of the donation results.

(fourteen) to participate in the coordination of condolences to the donor's family and donor commemorative activities.

Fourth, treatment.

Sign a labor contract with the hospital, buy five insurances and one gold, and the salary and welfare shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of the hospital.

Those who meet the requirements shall register with the personnel department with the original and photocopy of their ID card, resume, graduation certificate, original and photocopy of degree certificate and online verification report of their school status.
