In order to further standardize the management of motor vehicle parking fees in hospitals and improve the utilization efficiency of parking resources, according to the Pricing Catalogue of Henan Province, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Pricing Behavior of Henan Provincial Government, the Notice of Xinyang Price Management Office on Further Regulating the Management of Parking Service Fees in Our City and the Notice of the General Office of Henan Provincial People's Government on Printing and Distributing Several Policies for Accelerating the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles in Henan Province, and referring to the charging standards of similar parking lots in other cities in our province, After on-site inspection, price investigation, cost investigation and other procedures, our Committee has drawn up the charging standards for motor vehicle parking service fees in the parking lots of six hospitals, including Xinyang First People's Hospital, and now it is open to the public for comments. Details are as follows:

I. Scope of implementation

Xinyang First People's Hospital, Xinyang Third People's Hospital, Xinyang Fourth People's Hospital, Xinyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Affiliated Hospital of Xinyang Vocational and Technical College, Pingqiao District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital parking lot.

Second, the charging standard

Motor vehicles: 5 yuan will be charged for each trip within 2 hours, and then 1 yuan will be charged for each hour exceeding 1, and 1 yuan will be charged for any hour less than 1; Maximum charge per train per day 10 yuan; If it exceeds 24 hours, it will be charged again according to the above standards.

Motorcycles: 1 yuan per train.

The above vehicles are free of parking fees within 30 minutes.

Military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances, emergency rescue vehicles and funeral service vehicles are free of parking fees. Parking fees for new energy vehicles are halved.
