It is a kind of evaluation technology that is often used in the evaluation center technology, and the candidates are interviewed collectively through scene simulation. It is composed of a certain number of candidates (generally 5-7, at most 10) to discuss work-related issues for about 1 hour. During the discussion, we don't specify who is the leader or where the candidates sit, let the candidates arrange their own organizations, and the evaluator observes the candidates' organizational and coordination skills and oral expression skills. Whether the persuasiveness and other abilities and qualities of the debating competition meet the requirements of the proposed position, and whether the personality characteristics such as self-confidence, enterprising spirit, emotional stability and flexibility of reaction meet the group atmosphere of the proposed position, so as to comprehensively evaluate the differences between candidates.

1, the answer to the leaderless group discussion is not important in itself, but the process of stating the reasons for your answer is extremely important;

2. Every time you speak, you should be organized and fluent;

3, to have a global concept, there is no leadership in the discussion, you should try to play the role of actual leadership; If there is a key link, silence, and excessive debate, we must stand up;

4. The player who finally speaks on behalf of the group is not necessarily the player with the highest score. If you can't guarantee the above item 2, don't try to speak on behalf of the group.
