This selection examination is conducted by written examination, and all applicants who pass the qualification examination participate in the written examination. Post-selection

The job selection work is led by the office of the leading group for grassroots governance under the leadership of the Party building in Xinxian County, and the organization department of the county party committee, the editorial office of the county party committee and the county people's social security bureau jointly formulate the job selection implementation plan and organize its implementation.

Treatment and management
