A Brief History of the Development of Yanggu Experimental Middle School

Since its establishment in May 2000, Yanggu Experimental Middle School has invested 80 million yuan and has two teaching buildings, an office building, a science and technology experimental building, a canteen building, four student dormitories and two teacher apartments, with a construction area of 60,000 square meters. There is a standard playground, four basketball courts, two volleyball courts, a football field, a gymnastics training room and corresponding physical fitness facilities. Now the school has more than 0/00 microcomputer/KLOC, complete closed-circuit dual-control TV system and intelligent broadcasting system, and complete facilities such as multimedia classroom, microcomputer room, language lab, laboratory, book reading room, music, art, calligraphy room and electronic lesson preparation room.

The school has always regarded the establishment of a team of teachers with noble morality, excellent professional skills and innovation as a necessary condition for the implementation of modern education. Based on the county and facing the surrounding areas, the school has recruited a large number of young and middle-aged backbone teachers, hired some experienced old teachers from No.1 Middle School and No.3 Middle School with high salaries, and recruited a number of outstanding undergraduate graduates from normal universities such as Jiaotong University, Qushi Normal University and Shanshi Normal University. Teachers with bachelor's degrees account for 40%, and most of them are excellent teachers and teaching experts at the provincial, municipal and county levels.

In August 2006, it was integrated with the former Yanggu No.2 Middle School to become yanggu county No.2 Middle School and became a public school.
