The interview will be organized by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in conjunction with the recruiting unit’s competent department ***. Candidates who are absent from one subject will be disqualified from the interview.
Interview time and location: Initially scheduled for August 3, 2013, the specific time and location will be notified later.
Interview ratio: According to the ratio of 3:1 between the number of interviews and the number of people to be recruited, the total score of the written test is determined from high to low. If the interview ratio does not reach the specified ratio, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced accordingly
to the specified ratio (the number of recruitment positions after the reduction is calculated according to the formula of "actual number of interview participants × interview ratio", and decimals will be rounded off );; If it cannot be reduced, candidates must have a score of 60 or above in each subject before they can enter the interview. If there is a tie for the last place entering the interview, the candidates will enter the interview in a tie.
Interview methods and scores: Non-arts and sports subjects (subjects other than music, physical education, and art) will be conducted in class. Based on the applied disciplines and designated teaching content, on-site lesson preparation and teaching will be conducted to mainly assess the applicant's ability to handle teaching materials and control the classroom, etc., with a full score of 100 points. Arts and sports subjects (music, physical education, art subjects): Adopt a method of combining classes with professional skills. Applicants will prepare lessons and attend classes on-site according to the subject they are applying for and the designated teaching content, and demonstrate the majors of the subjects they applied for on-site within the specified time. Skills mainly assess the applicant's ability to handle teaching materials, control the classroom and professional practical ability. The full score is 100 points, of which 60% is for attending classes and 40% for professional skills display.
The interview results will be announced on the spot. Anyone whose interview score does not reach 60 points will not be determined as a candidate for the physical examination. If the examiner evaluates the candidate's class score below 60 points, the reasons must be stated in the score sheet; if the final result of the candidate's interview is below 60 points, written materials must be submitted to the district Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for record.
