The recruitment of rural special post teachers adheres to the principle of "openness, fairness, justice, voluntariness and merit".

Second, the recruitment plan

In 20 17, the province recruited 5300 rural special post teachers/kloc-0, including 5438 junior high school special post teachers and 9862 primary school special post teachers. Third, the recruitment target and conditions

(1) Recruitment target:

1, 20 17 full-time undergraduate and above graduates;

2, 20 17 full-time teachers college graduates;

3. Full-time college graduates with bachelor degree or above who have obtained teacher qualification;

4. Full-time graduates of normal universities who have obtained teacher qualifications;

The above candidates are required to be under 30 years old (1 born after July, 9871).

(2) Recruitment conditions:

1, good political quality, love the socialist motherland, support the party's principles and policies, love education, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, have good conduct, abide by the law, perform well at school or during work (unemployment), have not received any disciplinary action, be a model, and volunteer to serve the rural grassroots education;

2. Meet the requirements for applying for a post, apply for a junior high school teacher with a bachelor's degree or above, and apply for a physical education, music, and beauty teacher, requiring their majors and service positions to be the same or similar;

3. Physical conditions meet the requirements of "Physical Examination Standard for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Henan Province" (revised on 20 10) and can adapt to the working and living environment conditions in the post setting area;

4. Candidates of origin, volunteers who have participated in the "College Students' Volunteer Service in the West" and the "Three Supports and One Support" programs and whose service period has expired, graduates of normal colleges who have participated in internship teaching for more than half a year, and full-time master's and above graduate students are preferred under the same conditions.
