(4) Employment mode

1. After the interview, 60% of the written test scores and 40% of the interview scores will be calculated according to the percentage system. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are kept to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.

According to the recruitment plan of each post, the examiners and medical examiners are determined in the order of the total test scores from high to low (those with the same total test scores are determined in the order of written test scores, and those with the same written test scores are determined in the order of subjects 1). For positions (majors) where the number of interviewees does not reach the specified proportion, the total test scores of those who enter the scope of assessment and physical examination shall not be lower than the minimum test total scores of those who enter the scope of assessment and physical examination according to the ratio of 1:3.
