People who can't apply for the national civil service examination:

1, active servicemen.

2. Non-fresh graduates who are studying.

3. On-the-job civil servants and national staff managed with reference to the Civil Service Law.

4. People who have received criminal punishment for crimes.

5. People who have been expelled from Party membership and public office.

6. People who are listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty.

7. People who cheat in civil service exams.

8. Persons whose civil servants have been dismissed for less than 5 years.

9. Persons who cannot be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations.
