Introduction of Puyang TV Station

Since its establishment, Puyang TV Station has always adhered to the correct public opinion orientation, closely focused on the central work of the Party Committee and government, held high the main theme, actively played its role, and strived to create a good public opinion environment for Puyang's economic construction, building a well-off society in an all-round way, building a harmonious Puyang and the development of social undertakings, and made positive contributions to Puyang's material, spiritual and political civilization construction. Since its establishment, with the goal of establishing technical equipment and high-quality teams, we have vigorously promoted career construction and team building, and strived to establish and improve a management system that meets the needs of social development, and all work has achieved rapid development. Puyang TV Station was established in July, 1986, and started broadcasting at its new address on February 8, 1995. In June 2003, Puyang TV Station and Puyang Cable TV Station merged. Puyang TV Station has four channels: news comprehensive (one set), public channel (two sets), eye color Puyang channel and science and education channel (three sets). The editing and broadcasting equipment has basically completed the digital transition, and the program signals are transmitted through wireless and wired channels, covering the whole city of Puyang and some surrounding areas such as Hebi, Xinxiang, Anyang, Heze, Liaocheng and Handan.

In recent years, Puyang TV Station has followed the tide of the development of the national TV industry, taking channel specialization, column personalization and program quality as its school-running philosophy, constantly deepening news reform, enriching publicity forms, and paying close attention to innovation and excellence. In line with the development concept of team specialization, column personalization and program quality, Puyang TV station strives to build three professional channels: news integration, public channel and popular science education. At present, each channel broadcasts more than 16 hours a day, of which self-run programs reach about 6 hours. Puyang news, attention, network e-station, Longdu life, Longcheng real estate and other columns went deep into Longxiang, feeling the storm of the times and recording historical changes, which were deeply loved by Longxiang people. The ratings, audience satisfaction and market share of Puyang TV Station are growing steadily, and it has become one of the main news media in northern Henan.
