Why did Xiaogang Honglian build a subway?

The purpose of Xiaogang Honglian's subway construction is to avoid the secondary impact of subway construction on traffic and surrounding residents and avoid investment waste. Honglian Community is located in the center of Xiaogang Street, Beilun District, Ningbo City, with an area of about 1.8 square kilometers. It starts from Chongqiu Road in the east, Jiangnan Highway in the south, Qidu Road in the west and Yongjiang River in the north.
