(1) Conditions for entering the examination. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens and Hongkong and Macao residents who have a college degree or above in engineering technology or engineering economics, abide by the law and meet one of the following conditions, can sign up for the supervision engineer qualification examination:

1, with intermediate professional and technical positions in engineering technology or engineering economy evaluated and hired in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and having served for over 3 years;

2, with the relevant provisions of the state engineering technology or engineering economics senior professional and technical positions.

(2) Exempt some subject conditions. Applicants who are engaged in engineering construction supervision and meet the following four conditions at the same time may be exempted from the two subjects of Construction Project Contract Management and Construction Project Quality, Investment and Progress Control, and only take the exams of Basic Theory and Relevant Provisions of Construction Project Supervision and Case Analysis of Construction Project Supervision:

College degree or above in engineering technology or engineering economics before 1 and 1970 (inclusive);

2, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state with engineering technology or engineering economics senior professional and technical positions;

3. Engaged in engineering design or engineering construction management 15 years or more (inclusive);

4, engaged in supervision work 1 year or more (inclusive).

Candidates who have been dealt with in violation of discipline and regulations in the professional and technical personnel qualification examination and are still in the suspension period may not sign up for the examination.
