Article 8 A person who meets one of the following conditions may apply for talent introduction and placement upon approval:
(a) the high-level talents recognized by Shenzhen City, who meet the age requirements corresponding to the standards for the recognition of such talents.
(2) Overseas students who have studied abroad and obtained a bachelor's degree or above, or visiting scholars and postdoctoral fellows who have worked (studied) 1 year in foreign universities and scientific research institutions and achieved certain results. (five) personnel with senior technician professional qualifications and under the age of 45; Persons with professional qualifications as technicians and under the age of 40; Senior professional qualification personnel who have participated in social insurance for more than 3 years and are under 35 years of age in Shenzhen. The professional qualification certificate of this personnel shall also conform to the Catalogue of Jobs (Occupations) in Shortage in Shenzhen.
(6) Persons who won prizes in the World Skills Competition and the National Class I and Class II Vocational Skills Competition, or those who won the titles of "China Skills Award", "National Skills Expert", "Guangdong Technical Expert" and "Shenzhen Technical Expert", or those who were commended by the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. The person mentioned in this item must be under 45 years old.
Personnel who meet the requirements of this article shall go through the relevant procedures after being audited by the human resources department of the city (district) according to the relevant provisions, and the specific implementation measures and procedures shall be formulated separately by the municipal human resources security department. City (District) human resources department shall, in accordance with the provisions, do a good job in academic qualifications, technical qualifications, professional qualifications and other verification or practical assessment.
Other talents who do not meet the requirements of this article and are in urgent need of Shenzhen's economic and social development may be approved by the human resources department within the planned quota after the special plan is issued by the municipal development and reform department.
