China and Pakistan will sign a package of energy investment plans, in which nuclear energy involves five nuclear power units, and China-Pakistan Economic Corridor involves about 27 energy cooperation projects with a total installed capacity of about 22.5GW. The annual trade volume between China and Pakistan has exceeded 654.38+0.5 billion US dollars, and China has become Pakistan's largest trading partner.

China-Pakistan energy cooperation not only has the premise of power shortage and infrastructure construction in Pakistan, but also has the background of China's "One Belt, One Road" strategy. This is the first large-scale investment in countries along the route after the "One Belt, One Road" strategic plan was put forward by China's top management, which has reference value for subsequent projects.
