First, the recruitment principle
In accordance with the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality, competition and merit-based, open registration, unified examination and merit-based recruitment are conducted.
Second, the recruitment target, scope and conditions
(1) Applicants: full-time undergraduate and above graduates (including returned overseas students) in ordinary colleges and universities who meet the requirements of recruitment positions, and the 2009 fresh graduates must obtain graduation certificates before July 3 1.
(2) Application conditions:

(4) Comply with the relevant provisions of the Trial Measures for the Recruitment of Staff in Institutions in Sichuan Province.

IV. Registration and Qualification Examination
This recruitment is all online registration, and no on-site registration is organized. Online registration is entrusted to the Examination Center of the Provincial Personnel Department, and the qualification examination is implemented by the Personnel, Labor and Social Security Bureau of Wenchuan County under the guidance of the State Personnel Bureau. Qualification examination includes the preliminary examination of online registration, qualification review and assessment before interview, publicity, approval and other links. 1. Select a location. 2. Fill in the information. (4) Online payment
Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination must log on to the registration website from April 23rd to April 29th, 2009 to pay online fees (according to the document No.237 [2003] issued by Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance and Sichuan Provincial Price Bureau, the written examination fee is 50 yuan for each subject and two subjects 100 yuan). (2) Qualification examination and interview
Determination of qualified personnel for the interview: Under the guidance of the State Personnel Bureau, the qualification review and interview are organized and implemented by the Personnel, Labor and Social Security Bureau of Wenchuan County and the employing unit. Before June 8, 2009, according to the total score of written test converted by candidates, the interview qualification examiners will be determined according to the ratio of 3: 1 from high score to low score. The last person with the same written test scores can enter the interview qualification review together. If the ratio of those who enter the interview qualification examination to the recruitment quota is less than 3: 1, according to the actual situation, all those who pass the written examination can be determined as interviewers and published on the Aba Prefecture Personnel Establishment Information Network ().
Interview score calculation: the full score of the interview is 100, which will be included in the total score after 30% conversion; Special post (broadcast) will be included in the total score after 60% conversion. If the actual opening ratio of the interview is lower than the prescribed ratio due to the vacancy or absence of the interview qualification examination, it is still regarded as an effective ratio. If there is no competition among the interviewers actually participating in the recruitment position (that is, the number of interviewers is less than or equal to the number of candidates to be recruited for the position), and the interview score of the interviewers is lower than 60 points, the application qualification will be cancelled.

Those who pass the qualification review will be given an interview notice. Vacancies in the qualification review shall be filled according to the written test scores from high to low. Those who pass the qualification review will participate in the interview with their ID card, written test admission ticket and interview notice, and pay the interview examination fee 80 yuan according to the document No.237 [2003] of Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance and Sichuan Provincial Price Bureau.
Sixth, the bonus policy.

Eight, physical examination and assessment
According to the recruitment positions and places, according to the total score of candidates, from high score to low score, it is determined to enter the physical examination and assessment. Physical examination and assessment are organized and implemented by Wenchuan County Personnel, Labor and Social Security Bureau and the employing unit. The physical examination was conducted in Wenchuan County People's Hospital according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health (Guo Ren Bu Fa [2005]1No.). Candidates who have doubts about the conclusion of the medical examination may request re-examination within 3 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination. Re-examination is only conducted once, and the conclusion of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination results. After the expiration of the publicity of the list of persons to be employed, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment, it will be employed; If the problem is serious and the evidence is found not to meet the requirements for registration, the qualification for registration will be cancelled; If there are serious problems, but it is difficult to verify or deny them at the moment, they will be hired temporarily.
