Second, the recruitment position
(1) Project Manager (Marketing Department): 1-2 persons.
Job description:
1, responsible for the formulation and implementation of project quality objectives and site management;
2. Cooperate with the engineering department to organize on-site project construction progress and confirmation;
3. Be responsible for the management of internal and external interfaces of the project and the coordination with the owner and the constructor;
4. Be responsible for tracking the business process of the project, including contract writing, invoicing and payment;
5. Participate in the pre-site inspection of wind power and photovoltaic projects;
6. Responsible for writing technical related reports;
7. Customer relationship maintenance.
Job requirements:
1. major: meteorology and related major is preferred;
2. Education: Bachelor degree, boys are preferred;
3. Age: under 25 years old;
4. Understand the meteorological concepts and basic principles related to new energy industry, such as wind energy and solar radiation, and express them clearly in oral and written form;
5. Mandarin standard, CET-4 and above;
6. Have a strong sense of teamwork, pioneering and innovative spirit, professionalism, sense of responsibility and execution ability;
7. Strong communication skills; Strong learning ability and self-study ability;
8. Skillful use of network and computer office software;
9. Able to adapt to business trips, with good physical fitness, good conduct, hard work and strong pressure resistance.
(2) Business Manager (Marketing Department): 1.
Job description:
1, responsible for on-site communication and confirmation during project construction;
2. Be responsible for the management of internal and external interfaces of the project and the coordination with the owner and the constructor;
4. Be responsible for tracking the business process of the project, including contract writing, invoicing and payment;
5. Participate in bidding and prepare bidding documents or inquiry documents;
6. Responsible for market promotion and publicity, including exhibitions, websites, Weibo, WeChat, organization of training and other matters;
7, responsible for market research, search project and customer dynamic information;
8, responsible for customer summary, classification and statistics;
9. Be responsible for the management and filing of various contracts in this department.
Job requirements:
1. major: meteorology and related major is preferred;
2. Education: College degree or above, regardless of gender;
3. Age: under 25 years old;
4. Understand the meteorological concepts and basic principles related to new energy industry, such as wind energy and solar radiation, and express them clearly in oral and written form;

(3) Technical consulting engineer (technical department): 2 persons.
Job description:
1, wind power project, photovoltaic project planning, macro site selection;
2. Project site inspection and data collection;
3. Analysis and evaluation of wind and solar energy resources;
4. Wind farm unit selection, layout design and power generation calculation;
5, responsible for wind and photometry project plan, report writing;
6, related technical research work; Writing of departmental process flow and technical support documents;
7. Be responsible for sorting and filing the project data.
Job requirements:
1. major: atmospheric science, meteorology and other related majors;
2. Fresh graduates, bachelor degree or above, boys are preferred; Junior students can apply for interns;
3. Have strong learning ability, communication ability and teamwork spirit;
4. CET-6 is preferred, and fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing; Putonghua level;
5. Skillful use of network and computer office software;
6. Be able to adapt to business trips, have good physical fitness, good conduct and be hardworking.
Third, the remuneration package.
The company is located in the core area of South Third Ring Road in Beijing, with superior geographical location and convenient transportation.
Salary structure: basic salary plus five insurances and one gold.
