Characters experience of Yang Feng

Yang Feng, general manager, pursues the ultimate in everything. Over the years, he has made unremitting efforts in exploring tea-making technology and spreading tea culture on the platform of Longhe tea industry, and achieved certain value.

He is skilled and hands-on. In the past ten years, Longhe Tea has publicly issued nearly 300 featured products, and the company has also introduced the ISO international quality management system, effectively implementing the national organic standards. He himself has also won the honors of the first batch of "super tea makers" in Nanping City, outstanding tea makers in Zhenghe County and advanced individuals in the tea industry in Zhenghe County.

He is strict with quality and pays attention to quality. Under his leadership, Longhe tea products won the gold medal in the 6th International Agricultural Products Fair, the 3rd Oriental Charm Cup China Famous Tea Competition, the Cross-Strait Folk Tea Fighting Competition, the 5th Fujian Tea Cup, the 7th Fujian Tea Cup and the Nanping Tea King Award.

He practices and respects culture. For more than ten years, he has collected countless cultural relics and precious old teas related to tea culture, and built a tea culture sightseeing park including the Tea Museum on the platform of Longhe Tea Industry. The park has been designated as a youth education and social practice base by the Commission for Work and many schools, and also as a tea training base by well-known enterprises such as Hong Kong Qitai Group. To this end, general manager Yang Feng was awarded the honorary title of "tea culture inheritor" in Zhenghe County.

He contributes to society and supports education. Longhe Tea sponsored the first tea art major of Zhenghe County Higher Vocational and Technical School, and arranged internships and employment for all graduates of this major. With its own historical background and cultural atmosphere, Longhe Tea Industry was awarded the "Youth Education Base" by Zhenghe County Working Committee.

He contributed to the local area and promoted the construction of agriculture, countryside and farmers. Longhe tea industry recruits workers in rural areas, solves the employment problem of rural idle labor, buys tea green and agricultural products, and drives farmers to become rich. Yang Feng and his company brought tangible benefits to nearly 1,000 villagers in Donggan, Fu Mei, Tieshan and Jinping villages.

CCTV column groups 1, 4 and 7 interviewed General Manager Yang Feng, Phoenix and Zhongxin respectively. Com, Taiwan Province Dongsen Satellite TV, Jilin Satellite TV, Fujian Satellite TV, Nanping and many other TV media, magazines and newspapers also interviewed and reported his deeds many times.
