Is Kearns the first test or the third-party personality test?

Kearns will release the test after three parties.

At a third party, Kearns received an evaluation email with a test link. An email is an evaluation, which is to be determined by default (just call the recruiter at KENS). It is also possible that you have finished a personality test. The test is divided into four parts,10+10+10+7, with a total of 37 questions and a duration of 40 minutes. There is no need to turn on the camera.

After the three parties, you can also send two emails directly, one is a link to the test and the other is a link to the personality test.
