Where does Donggu soy sauce come from?

Donggu soy sauce is produced by Heshan Donggu Seasoning Food Co., Ltd.

The predecessor of Heshan Donggu Seasoning Food Co., Ltd. is Diaozhen Sauce Garden, which was founded in the 30th year of Daoguang in Qing Dynasty (AD 1850). It is the first batch of "China Time-honored Brand" enterprises of the Ministry of Commerce.

Soy sauce is evolved from soy sauce. As early as 3,000 years ago, there was a record of soy sauce production in the Zhou Dynasty in China. The brewing of soy sauce was accidentally invented by the working people in ancient China. The earliest condiment used by Emperor China was pickled with fresh meat, which is similar to the production process of fish sauce today. Because of its excellent flavor, it gradually spread to the people. Later, it was found that soybeans tasted almost cheap and were widely eaten.
