2023 Hainan Maritime Safety Administration openly recruits written examination time of public institutions.

The written test time is preliminarily determined as June 18, 2023, and the written test center is located in Haikou City. The final written test time and place shall be subject to the time and place specified in the admission ticket. The written test mainly examines the professional ability (basic comprehensive knowledge ability) and official document writing ability that the staff of public institutions should have, and lasts for 3 hours.

(2) Interview

The interview is tentatively scheduled for July 2023. The final time and place shall be subject to the interview announcement of Hainan Maritime Safety Administration. The interview will be based on the interview ratio determined in the recruitment plan of each position, and the written test scores will be determined from high score to low score among the candidates who have reached the written test scores in each position. The list of interviewers will be published on the official website of Hainan Maritime Safety Administration (www.hn.msa.gov.cn).

The calculation method of comprehensive score is: written test score (full score of 200)250%+ interview score (full score 100) 50%, and the comprehensive score is kept to three decimal places. When the comprehensive scores are the same, the one with the highest written test score is preferred. If the written test scores are still the same, those with higher vocational ability test scores will be given priority, and those who are still the same will enter the physical examination at the same time (according to the physical examination and investigation).

Those who have passed the interview and scored 60 points or more are qualified. If the interview results are qualified, the candidates for physical examination and inspection will be determined in equal amount according to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low after the interview. Those who fail the interview will not be given a comprehensive score and will not be allowed to enter the physical examination.

The physical examination shall be carried out according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Those who fail to attend the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
