What does FP on Czech visa mean?

WP is Work Permits and FP is First Permissions. They are all part of the work permit system currently implemented in the UK.

The key to whether foreigners can work in the UK is whether they can obtain a work permit issued by the British government. Generally:

1) The British employer applies to the British labor department (currently the Work Permits Bureau, Work Permits (UK)) to import labor, stating that the position being recruited cannot be found in the UK or the EU. Suitable candidates;

2) The British labor department will review and approve the application, and if approved, issue a corresponding work permit;

3) The British employer will notify the employee to come to the UK Apply for an entry work visa at the local embassy or consulate.
