Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources issued the Surveying and Mapping Project Expenditure Standard (2023) compiled by the Institute of Surveying and Mapping Standardization of the Ministry of Natural Resources. The publication of this standard is of great significance for strengthening the budget management of surveying and mapping projects and improving the standardization and scientificity of budget preparation.

The compilation of expenditure standards for surveying and mapping projects is an important work organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources and led by Shaanxi Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Bureau.

Organize and coordinate Heilongjiang Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Bureau, Sichuan Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Bureau, Hainan Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Bureau, Chongqing Surveying and Mapping Institute of the Ministry of Natural Resources, National Basic Geographic Information Center, National Surveying and Mapping Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center, China Academy of Surveying and Mapping, Map Technology Review Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Surveying and Mapping Development Research Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, First Institute of Oceanography of the Ministry of Natural Resources, National Ocean Information Center, China Land Survey and Planning Institute, etc., and jointly work out expenditure standards for surveying and mapping projects.

Based on the basic principles of continuity, stability, feasibility, seeking truth from facts and separation of quantity and price, and on the basis of the national economic development level in 20 18-2023 and the actual consumption level of the production cost of surveying and mapping projects, the writing team fully analyzed various economic and technical factors affecting the change of the production cost of surveying and mapping, and finally worked out the expenditure standard of surveying and mapping projects through extensive investigation and analysis, reasonable division of labor and repeated discussion and demonstration.

The expenditure standard is divided into 14 chapters, including geodesy, remote sensing data collection, photogrammetry and remote sensing, data collection and editing, map compilation, database construction and maintenance, system development and platform construction, etc. , and defined the work content, difficulty category and budget standard of various surveying and mapping projects.
