Brief introduction of British Council

The British Council is an international organization that provides educational opportunities and promotes cultural exchanges in Britain. As a non-governmental organization registered in Britain, the British Council has offices in 223 cities around the world, and is committed to actively promoting the collision of ideas and the exchange of knowledge, and establishing mutual integration and trust between the people of Britain and other countries. The work of the British Council involves many aspects, namely, art, English, education and society, as well as science and sports. 1943 set up its first office in China, and now it has five offices in China. I work in the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy in Beijing. In Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chongqing, he served as the Cultural and Education Section of the British Consulate General.
