(5) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

The promoters of farms and farming communities shall file the names, breeding addresses, varieties and scales of livestock and poultry in farms and farming communities with the animal husbandry and veterinary administrative department of the people's government at the county level where the farms and farming communities are located, and obtain the identification codes of livestock and poultry.

The provincial people's government shall, according to the development of animal husbandry in this administrative region, formulate the scale standards and filing procedures for livestock and poultry farms and breeding communities.
