Teacher recruitment interview process

This paper will introduce the process of teacher recruitment interview to help candidates better understand all aspects of the interview.

Waiting for the exam

Candidates arrive at the test center on time with the interview admission ticket and ID card, and enter the waiting room for the test. Candidates can know the interview etiquette in advance and think about how to introduce themselves in the interview.

Lead to a question

According to the arrangement of the test center, log in to the "interview evaluation software system", the computer extracts a group of test questions from the question bank, and the candidates choose a group from it, and the system prints the test paper and test list for preparing lessons.

prepare lessons

Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with lesson preparation papers and test papers, write lesson plans (or demonstration activity plans), and prepare lessons for 20 minutes.

Answer the prescribed questions

Candidates are guided by the staff to enter the designated interview room. The examiner randomly selects 2 prescribed questions from the question bank, and the candidates answer them for 5 minutes.

Trial lecture (simulation class)

Candidates give a trial lecture according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity plan), 10 minute.

Answer openly to support one's own ideas or opinions.

The examiner asks questions around the content and test items of the candidates, and the candidates reply for 5 minutes.

grade

The examiner group comprehensively scores the interview performance of candidates according to the scoring standard, fills in the interview scoring form, and submits the score through the interview evaluation system after being signed by the team leader.
