First, the qualifications of teachers

An applicant for teacher qualification (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) shall meet the following conditions:

1. China citizens who support the party's basic line, fully implement the party's education policy, consciously abide by the teachers' law and other laws and regulations, abide by teachers' professional ethics, love education, love students, be a model, and have not reached the national statutory retirement age.

2. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification certificate, primary school teacher qualification certificate and junior high school teacher qualification certificate, the applicant's domicile, residence (with local residence permit and within the validity period) or school location (only for fresh graduates and graduate students) should be within the administrative area of Changning City.

Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents can apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in their place of residence and the place where the teacher qualification examination is held.

Servicemen or armed police stationed in our city can apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers at the military station.

3. Have the corresponding academic qualifications stipulated in the Teacher Law. This year's graduates should obtain the graduation certificate before the teacher qualification accreditation body makes the conclusion of teacher qualification accreditation.

4. The applicant shall take relevant examinations and tests and meet the corresponding requirements.

(1) The personnel who apply for the teacher qualification of senior middle schools (secondary vocational schools) and below, except those specified in Item (2) of this article, shall take the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and obtain the qualification certificate, and within the validity period.

(2)202 1 Postgraduates of education and publicly-funded normal students who apply for the qualification of teachers in senior high schools (secondary vocational schools) and below shall participate in the professional competence test of normal students organized by their schools in accordance with the unified requirements of the Ministry of Education and obtain the professional competence certificate of normal students issued by the principal, which can only be used once within the validity period. According to the principle of voluntariness, graduate students of education and normal students at public expense can also take the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination themselves and apply for the teacher qualification of the corresponding study section and discipline.

5. The level of Putonghua should reach Grade B or above in the Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test promulgated by the State Language Commission. If the applicant's household registration or residence (fresh graduates can also attend school) for junior high school and below teacher qualification is within the administrative area of Changning City, the accreditation institution is Changning Education Bureau.

Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold the residence permit of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents within the validity period of our province may apply to the corresponding education administrative department for recognition; Hong Kong and Macao residents who hold Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the mainland, and residents of Taiwan Province Province who hold a five-year validity period in mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, can apply to the corresponding education administrative department for recognition at the location of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination.

(4) The applicant shall determine the category of teacher qualification he applies for according to the corresponding academic requirements of teacher qualification. Applicants who pass the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers must make sure that the teaching subjects are the same as the majors they apply for. The types of teacher qualifications and teaching subjects recognized by graduate students of education and students of normal universities at public expense shall be the same as any teaching section and teaching subjects in the teachers' professional competence certificate of normal universities. Applicants for teacher qualification in colleges and universities must determine the teaching subjects according to the principle of consistency or similarity with their majors.

(5) The applicant should fill in the application information truthfully and completely according to the prompt of the online newspaper system, and upload a recent one-inch bareheaded electronic photo (format: JPG/JPEG, with color white background, no more than 200K, the same version as the photo pasted on the qualification certificate).

2. Physical examination
