The employment direction of this major includes clinical nursing, nursing and nursing management.

1. Clinical nursing direction: as a nurse in internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, intensive care unit (ICU), operating room and other departments.

2. Nursing and health care direction: Rehabilitation centers, sanatoriums, sanatoriums, home care services and other institutions provide long-term care services for patients with chronic diseases, the elderly and the disabled.

3. Nursing management direction: Hospital nursing department, as a nursing manager, head nurse and director of nursing department, is responsible for nursing quality management, human resource allocation, education and training.
