The basic salary for the first three months is 1,200, plus overtime allowance, 30 per day.

After three months, there will be bonuses. The bonus is the base * coefficient in the first year. The trainee coefficient is 1.0. The base number is determined based on the progress of the project. The minimum is not less than 600 (company regulations require 600 even if you are losing money). Generally, the coefficient is relatively low at the beginning of the project and can reach more than 1,000 when the progress is good.

I have been appointed as an assistant engineer for one year, and the coefficient has been raised to 1.75. The calculation of the basic salary has also changed, so it is 1,500 when all is calculated.
