Prerequisites for applying for CEP certification

CEP certification review process

CEP certification review process is similar to the remote recruitment interview process of ordinary companies. There are always two main interviews, each lasting 25 minutes. The first interview was in Chinese, and the second interview was in English. The third interview is a spot check interview. Applicants who are randomly selected need to participate, and the rest do not need to participate. The association will conduct the third round of spot checks and interviews according to a certain proportion. Every round of interview failure will lead to the failure of certification review, and there will be no next round of interview. After all interview rounds are completed, the interviewer will give the final interview score and add it to the total score of the certification audit.
