With the approval of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Henan Academy of Sciences provides full supply to institutions and openly recruits 18 full-time doctoral graduates. According to the spirit of the Notice of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Specific Issues Concerning the Recruitment of Staff in Provincial Institutions (She [2010] No.99), combined with the actual situation of our hospital, this recruitment plan is formulated.

First, the recruitment target and position

The recruitment target is full-time doctoral graduates. See the attached table for specific positions and conditions.

Second, the basic conditions of recruiters

Four. Recruitment procedure

(1) Announcement

The recruitment plan was reviewed and put on record by the Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and was published on the websites of Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (www.ha.hrss.gov.cn) and Henan Academy of Sciences from March 14 to March 30.

(2) Registration

1. Registration time: March 20th to March 30th 20 14.

Applicants should send their resumes, photos (recent 2-inch bareheaded half-length photos), academic degree certificates, English grade certificates and other relevant supporting materials to the email address.

(3) Qualification examination

Qualify a candidate. After the candidate has passed the qualification examination, the employer will notify the candidate to participate in the interview and assessment by email or telephone. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process, and those who do not meet the registration conditions, cheat or violate the recruitment regulations will be disqualified from applying for or hiring.

(4) Interview and physical examination

Candidates bring their ID cards to attend the interview, which is conducted in the form of defense, mainly to assess the applicant's professional theoretical knowledge level, logical thinking ability, problem-solving ability and career development ideas. Full score of interview 100, and the specific interview time will be notified separately.

According to the interview results, from high score to low score, the medical examination candidates are determined according to the ratio of each recruitment position 1: 1. The medical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant standards for hiring national civil servants. Those who pass the medical examination are determined to be candidates; Those who fail the physical examination will be replenished according to the interview results of the number of recruitment positions from high score to low score.

(5) Publicity

Publicize the personnel to be hired on the websites of Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Provincial Academy of Sciences for not less than 7 working days. If there is no objection after publicity, the relevant formalities shall be handled according to the Notice of Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on the Employment of Personnel in Provincial Institutions.
