How to get Xinfeng deed tax subsidy

1. The purchaser shall apply online at the website of Xinfeng County Real Estate Association, Xinfeng County Government Service Center or Xinfeng County Media Center, or submit the application at the window of Natural Resources Bureau of Xinfeng County Government Service Center.

2. Buyers need to prepare relevant materials, including online shopping contract, deed tax payment certificate, house ownership certificate, identity certificate of the purchaser, etc.

3. After the application is approved, the property buyers will receive deed tax subsidies.
