Eighteenth community workers' salaries are paid according to job classification, which consists of basic salary and performance salary (according to the ratio of 7:3). Wages are paid monthly in the month of actual work (excluding social insurance and housing accumulation fund that the employer should bear). The probation salary is 80% of the salary after becoming a full member.
Article 19 The wages of community workers are approved according to different job categories, and the jobs of urban community workers are divided into three categories (see the attached table 1 for details).
Those who report to work before 15 will be paid one month's salary, those who report to work after 16 will be paid half a month's salary, those who leave before 15 will be paid half a month's basic salary, and those who leave after 15 will be paid the same month's basic salary.
The term "salary" as mentioned in this article refers to the sum of basic salary and performance salary that passed the assessment in the current month according to the provisions of Article 19 of the Administrative Measures.
Twentieth community workers' salary and welfare standards are put forward by the organization department of the district party committee and the urban civil affairs bureau according to the relevant documents and policies of the higher authorities, and reported to the urban party committee and government for approval. Twenty-first community workers to implement the usual performance appraisal salary and annual assessment reward salary system. Usually, the assessment results are approved as qualified performance pay, and unqualified performance pay will not be issued. The annual assessment results are approved as excellent grades, and the basic salary of this post category is one month. (See attached table 1 for details)
Article 22 The employing unit shall, in accordance with the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws, regulations and policies, pay social insurance premiums and housing accumulation funds for community workers, and withhold and remit personal income tax and other related taxes and fees. The social insurance premium and housing accumulation fund paid by the unit shall be borne by the municipal finance, and the individual part that should pay the social insurance premium according to the regulations has been included in the post salary, and the employer shall withhold and remit it in the monthly salary according to the regulations.
Twenty-third give community workers an annual physical examination, once every two years. The amount of funds shall be subject to the basic inspection items audited by the civil affairs department and the financial department, and the required funds shall be included in the annual budget of the civil affairs department according to the number of community workers controlled by the organization department of the district Committee and the civil affairs department. The physical examination is organized by the employer and reported to the civil affairs department for the record.
Twenty-fourth community workers have the right to rest and vacation on various legal holidays in accordance with state regulations.
Community workers who have worked continuously in this city for more than 1 year are entitled to paid annual leave (hereinafter referred to as annual leave). The employer shall ensure that community workers enjoy annual leave. Community workers enjoy the same salary income during annual leave as during normal work.
Community workers who have worked in this city for more than 1 year but less than1year will be given 5 days annual leave, and those who have worked for more than1year but less than 20 years will be given1day annual leave; Annual leave 15 days for those who have completed 20 years.
National statutory holidays and rest days are not included in the annual leave.
Community workers in any of the following circumstances, do not enjoy the annual leave:
(1) Community workers enjoy winter and summer vacations according to law, and the number of vacation days is more than the number of annual vacation days.
(two) community workers leave for more than 20 days (inclusive) and the unit does not deduct wages according to regulations;
(3) Community workers who have worked for more than 1 year but less than1year are required to take sick leave for more than 2 months (inclusive).
(4) A community worker who has worked for/kloc-0 and less than 20 years has taken sick leave for more than 3 months (inclusive).
(five) community workers who have worked for more than 20 years have taken sick leave for more than 4 months (inclusive).
According to the needs of the work and the wishes of community workers, the employer shall make overall arrangements for employees' annual leave.
Annual leave can be arranged centrally or in sections within 1 year, generally not across years.
Twenty-fifth community workers who stop working due to illness or non-work-related injuries can enjoy paid sick leave for 7 working days each year with sick leave certificates or hospitalization certificates issued by hospitals at or above the county level; Those who stop working for more than 7 days due to illness or non-work-related injuries shall be paid sick pay according to their working hours in the community from the eighth day to 6 months. The standard is: 60% of the current job subsidy for those who have worked in the community for less than 5 years; 70% have worked continuously for 5 years but less than 10 years; 80% continuous work 10 years or more, 15 years or less; 90% continuous work 15 years and less than 20 years; 100% for those who have worked continuously for more than 20 years.
Twenty-sixth community workers due to illness or non-work-related injuries to stop working for more than 6 months, according to the length of their work in the community, to enjoy the injury relief fund. The standard is: 50% of my current post subsidy if I have worked continuously for less than 5 years; 55% have worked continuously for 5 years but less than 10 years; 60% continuous work 10 years or more, 15 years or less; Continuous working time exceeds 15 years.
65% for less than 20 years; 70% have worked continuously for more than 20 years.
Twenty-seventh community workers leave approval authority: 1 day leave, community workers below the deputy, by the community chief leaders for approval, community chief by the town, street, development zone in charge of deputy leaders for approval; Leave for more than 2 days and less than 7 days (excluding 7 days), community workers below the metre level shall be examined and approved by the main leaders of the community, and the main leaders of towns, streets and development zones shall be examined and approved by the deputy leaders in charge of the towns, streets and development zones; Leave for more than 7 days, by the town, street, development zone chief leaders of the first instance, the urban civil affairs bureau for approval, reported to the Finance Bureau for the record.
