HP-Jining International Software Talent and Industry Base is the only international software talent and industry base of HP in North China (Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei). The base is located in Haichuan Road, High-tech Zone, Jining City, and mainly includes software talent training center, software testing center, IT resource service center, product exhibition center and HP industrial base.

1. Overview of HP-Jining International Software Talents and Industrial Base Project

HP's international software talent and industrial base is one of the most important strategic layouts of HP Software Group in China. In China market, the talent problem is the core factor that restricts the future development of HP. Our customers, partners, upstream and downstream enterprises are all facing the situation of more people and less talents. On the one hand, the cost of employing people is increasing at the rate of 10-20% per year. On the other hand, the students trained by colleges and universities are similar except for different levels, and the talents that HP can use are still limited. There is always an insurmountable gap between college graduates and enterprises, so that even graduates who enter enterprises cannot be directly used by enterprises in a short time.

In order to shorten the gap between college graduates and enterprises, Hewlett-Packard Software Group launched the "China Talent Industry Strategy". Hewlett-Packard invests in and cooperates with the government to build a large-scale software industry base, and supports and develops HP's global market by continuously cultivating high-end talents who master the core technologies of HP enterprise software. This is the most fundamental problem for the sustainable development of HP software industry.

Hewlett-Packard China and Jining Municipal Government of Shandong Province jointly listed "HP-Jining International Software Talent and Industry Base", and regarded this base as the only international software talent and industry base of HP Software Group in North China (Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei). Hewlett-Packard International Software Talent and Industry Base mainly includes five parts: software talent training center, international software testing center, IT resource service center, product exhibition center, industrial base and Industry-University-Research integration.

China Hewlett-Packard will use its own market driving force to promote the successful experience of Jining international software talents and industrial base to the whole country, invite domestic and foreign users to study and inspect in Jining, enhance the good modern service image of Jining municipal government, help attract more excellent enterprises and high-end talents to join, and improve the overall level of Jining electronic information industry and software service outsourcing industry.

China Hewlett-Packard takes advantage of its own resources, actively participates in the maintenance of IT market order, and at the same time tilts its software training, software testing and cloud and big data service to the base, and provides necessary support plans.

Shandong Province is a big education province in China, with a large number of colleges and universities. In the future cooperation between HP-Jining international software talent and industrial base and universities on talent training projects, universities in Shandong Province and North China will be the focus of investigation and cooperation.
