The legal representative is Yang Jingyi, and its business scope includes new energy vehicles. Complete vehicle sales, new energy vehicle battery swapping facility sales, auto parts retail, etc. At the same time, Yang Jingyi is also the legal representative of Changzhou Niuchuang Technology Co., Ltd., and the actual controller of this company is Li Yinan.

Although the company has been established for more than a year, no major moves have been made until September 2021, when the company’s registered capital was changed from US$50 million to US$400 million. Subsequently, someone close to Niu Innovation Energy According to sources, the company has acquired Jiangsu Jintan Dacheng Automobile Technology Industrial Park. In the future, Niu Innovation Energy may be located in the Jintan Automobile Industrial Park.
