Which is better to travel, Maitreya or Tengchong?

It must be Maitreya. The traffic in Tengchong is really inconvenient. There are only a few developed and interesting areas. It takes only half an hour for Maitreya to take the high-speed train from Kunming. The bus network is developed and clean, and the drivers have a good attitude.
