The day before Eli Lilly held a seminar at our Pharmaceutical University, I received a call from a woman to confirm whether she was in Nanjing. After confirming, I hung up. I thought it was amazing at the time. Sure enough, it was because there was an interview the day after the briefing. I received the interview notice after ten o'clock the night before. I was very happy, haha~ because the small suit and high heels I bought could be used on the interview stage for the first time. Hehe... I care more about appearance. I think that is the first impression, which is very important.

The journey to the Pharmaceutical University for an interview is really long and far away. The three sides are the easiest. I went a little early. After waiting for a while, I went in and found the office. I felt that the aunt in charge of logistics was very enthusiastic and asked me which group I was interviewing for, antibiotics. ? insulin? Instantly I felt that the ladies at Lilly were very professional. (*^__^*) I saw the two-faced HR sister. She greeted me with a smile and asked me to wait. After waiting for a while, I started having three interviews with the manager. In fact, the process was very simple. I introduced myself, asked interview questions on my resume, my future career plans, which city I wanted to stay in, my parents’ situation, whether I had a boyfriend... I answered all these honestly, and also asked why I didn’t work in this field. Questions about this major are relatively easy to answer on the three sides, and I answer them in an honest and honest manner. After it was over, I went to Zhujiang Road to repair my precious mobile phone. I felt very good, as if I was relieved. My task was completed, and I resigned myself to fate.

The final internship is scheduled for April next year, because I have a lot of professional courses, and Lilly is also very considerate. After the whole process, I feel that they are quite respectful to us fresh graduates. Later, I heard some seniors say, Lilly The bonus is not as good as other companies.
