Also, my suggestion is that you should submit your resume (many resumes) online, but only if your resume is well written and specific. Employers receive many resumes every day, and they won't read them carefully. So, be simple, but highlight your advantages (for the advantage of this enterprise).

This question is vicious. Please don't give specific figures. The answer is as follows: I think the company must have a perfect system and the salary scale is very detailed.
