As a student who has studied engineering management for three years, I am usually more concerned about the employment of previous seniors. First, the first choice for state-owned enterprises

This is also the place that our graduates want to go most, because state-owned enterprises are relatively stable, such as "China Construction, China Hydropower", which are very good choices, and the work of such enterprises is also relatively corresponding, so there is no need to worry about problems such as the work can't keep up with the progress. As long as you are willing to work hard and ask the old employees for advice if you don't understand, the problem can still be solved. In addition, working in these enterprises is also very orderly.

Of course, the pressure of entry competition will be even greater. Many graduates from our department submit their resumes to these companies every year, but less than 20% of them are hired, which shows that their competitive pressure is still quite great.

Second, the relevant professional civil servants.

National quality supervision departments and bidding management departments recruit a certain number of civil servants every year. If you want a decent and stable job, you can consider it.

Three. Teaching and further study

The lowest threshold of this kind of industry is graduate students. If you don't want to work in those highly competitive enterprises, it's not bad to be a university teacher, and you can continue your research work. In addition, the sense of accomplishment brought by teaching and educating people is quite high, but the salary may not be ideal.
