(1) Office (marked by the Legal Department)

Organize and coordinate the daily work of the Bureau; Drafting work reports and comprehensive documents; Responsible for secretarial, government information, supervision, confidentiality, letters and visits, archives, compilation of local chronicles, suggestions and proposals, handling, administrative logistics and reception; Responsible for the security work of the bureau; To guide the comprehensive management of social security in directly affiliated units; Centralized management of traffic schistosomiasis control; Drafting normative documents; Responsible for traffic legal publicity, administrative reconsideration and law enforcement supervision; To undertake administrative litigation cases of bureau organs; Centralized management of traffic administrative law enforcement.

To formulate the development plan, long-term plan and annual plan of highway and waterway transportation industry, and be responsible for the pre-approval, feasibility study and preliminary design approval, examination and approval and post-evaluation of transportation construction projects; Responsible for the maintenance and management of highways and waterways within the jurisdiction; Responsible for technical transformation and investment project management; Responsible for examining and approving the subsidy funds for highway water damage; Responsible for statistics, forecasting and information guidance of the transportation industry; Undertake the work related to traffic poverty alleviation; Responsible for the management and supervision of the city's highway and waterway transportation infrastructure construction; Manage and supervise the city's highway and waterway transportation construction market, and maintain the order of equal competition; Responsible for organizing and implementing the construction of highways (including bus stops) and waterways (including ports and docks) within the jurisdiction; Responsible for the management and supervision of bidding for highway and waterway transportation construction projects; Supervise and manage the quality and quota, cost control, completion acceptance and other related work of highway and waterway transportation construction projects.

Responsible for the city's highway and waterway passenger and cargo transportation (including tourism transportation, large-scale and dangerous goods transportation, etc.) and the industry management of its stations, ports, docks, vehicle and vessel repair, loading and unloading, and transportation service markets; Be responsible for formulating the layout and macro-control plan of lines, transportation capacity, stations, ports and docks; Responsible for the qualification examination of transportation operators and foreign-funded and joint-venture transportation enterprises; Guide and coordinate transportation prices and transportation service prices; Responsible for the industry management of comprehensive performance testing of automobiles, automobile (including motorcycles) driving schools and driver training in the city; Responsible for the city's water traffic safety management; Responsible for the supervision and management of production safety of directly affiliated units; Participate in the investigation and handling of traffic system safety accidents; Responsible for the creation of a traffic model city; To manage and guide the scientific and technological work of the city's transportation industry; Formulate traffic science and technology plans and plans, organize major traffic science and technology projects to tackle key problems, and promote the popularization of achievements; Responsible for computer network management in transportation industry; Centralized management of standards, measurement and scientific and technological information work in the transportation industry; Guide the work of the Municipal Communication Society.

(5) Personnel Education Section

Responsible for the personnel, labor wages, organization and management of bureau cadres; Manage the personnel, labor wages, organization establishment and cadre education of the directly affiliated units and leading cadres of the directly affiliated units according to regulations; Assist the relevant departments to organize and guide the technical post evaluation and intelligence introduction in the field of transportation; To guide the adult education and vocational and technical education of the transportation system; Responsible for the administration and service of party affairs, mass organizations, armed forces, family planning and retirees of bureaus and directly affiliated units; Guide the construction of spiritual civilization in the transportation industry.
