A primary school will be built in Daliuta 2022.

Lijiapan Nine-year Compulsory School in Daliuta Experimental Area is located in the northwest of Xingmin Road, Lijiapan Village, Daliuta, with a total land area of about 80.7 mu. The school includes a primary school and a junior high school. The construction contents of this project mainly include administrative complex building, teaching and experiment complex building, dormitory building, canteen, wind and rain playground, multi-function hall, underground parking lot, equipment room, stands and outdoor works.

Daliuta is located in the Mongolian Energy Golden Triangle in Qin Jin, which is the north gate of Shaanxi Province. Daliuta is bordered by Wulanmulun Town and Nalintaohai Town in Ejinhoro Banner of Inner Mongolia in the north, facing Dachanghan Town in Fugu County in the east, and connected with Dianta, Sunjiacha and Zhongji Town in Shenmu County in the southwest.
