General rules for open recruitment of medical and health units in Shenyang and Shenyang Medical College
According to the needs of work, the institutions affiliated to Shenyang Municipal Health Bureau and Shenyang Civil Affairs Bureau openly recruit staff, and the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.
I. Candidates and Conditions
(a) the recruitment target is social on-the-job and non-on-the-job personnel.
(2) Basic conditions for applying for the exam

Second, the registration procedure
(1) Recruitment position

(b) recruitment methods

Candidates who apply for examination and assessment positions need to pay online, print admission tickets, take written tests, interview and other procedures.
Candidates who apply for the recruitment method of assessment posts do not need to pay online or print the admission ticket, but are directly assessed by the employer.
(3) Registration
1, implement online registration.

During the registration period, applicants can log on to www.syrsw.gov.cn and Shenyang Personnel Network, inquire about recruitment information, and enter the personnel examination registration system for registration. Applicants must fill in the registration information form carefully and truthfully according to the recruitment conditions.
2. Candidates who apply for examination and assessment positions will complete their registration after paying the examination fee through the online payment system of China Merchants Bank or China Construction Bank. The examination fee is 50 yuan. Candidates who apply for examination positions do not need to pay examination fees. After filling in the registration information form directly online, the registration is completed.
3. Applicants can only select one recruitment position to apply for. The applicant is responsible for the personal information he fills in. Once the registration information is confirmed and submitted, it cannot be changed, and the fees paid online will not be refunded.
After the written test, the qualification of the personnel who entered the interview will be examined. Those who practise fraud will be disqualified from the interview or employment.
4. Get the admission ticket.
Candidates who applied for the examination and assessment positions printed A4 paper admission tickets in the "Admission Ticket Printing System" of Shenyang Personnel Network from 0: 00 on July 24th to 24: 00 on July 28th, 2007, and cut them according to the cutting line. The admission ticket must be pasted with my recent two-inch color bareheaded photo with the same background.
Candidates who apply for the examination position do not need to print the admission ticket, but can fill in their information accurately when registering.
Third, the written test
(1) Examination subjects
1. Recruitment method is the position for examination and assessment. For details of the examination subjects, please refer to the column of "Information Form of Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions Affiliated to Shenyang Municipal Health Bureau and Civil Affairs Bureau". The examination subjects are basic medicine, including human anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, pathology and biochemistry. The examination subjects are nursing, including basic nursing, internal medicine nursing and surgical nursing. The examination subject is "Professional Ability Test", which includes speech comprehension and expression, quantitative relationship, judgment and reasoning, data analysis and so on.
2. The recruitment method is the position of assessment. Those who do not participate in this written test will be directly examined and assessed by the employer, and the assessment method will be decided by the employer. The time and place of qualification examination and evaluation shall be notified to the applicant by the employer.
(2) Time and place of written examination

2. To take the written test, you must bring your ID card and admission ticket. "Admission ticket" is not required to paste photos, not to participate in the written test. The "Admission Ticket" will be collected after being approved by the invigilator on the spot and will not be returned to the candidates. (3) written test scores
1, the written test is calculated on a percentile basis, and the qualified score line of the written test is determined by the Municipal Personnel Bureau according to relevant documents.
2. The written test results are inquired on Shenyang Personnel Network, and the inquiry time will be notified on the day of the written test.

Within the range of written test scores, according to the written test scores from high to low, the candidates who enter the interview are determined according to the proportion of twice the recruitment plan. Below the prescribed proportion, according to the actual number of qualified written test calculation. Those who are tied for the written test results of the last interview quota for the recruitment position will participate in the interview.
Four. Qualification examination and interview
(1) The list of interviewers is published on Shenyang Personnel Network. Before the interview, the employer or its competent department shall examine the qualifications of the interviewers. At the time of qualification examination, applicants must provide relevant certificates and supporting materials according to the qualification requirements required by the recruitment position. Those who fail the qualification examination are not allowed to participate in the interview, and the vacancies are filled according to the written test scores from high to low.
(2) The interview shall be organized and implemented by the Municipal Health Bureau and the Civil Affairs Bureau respectively. The written examination subjects are Basic Medicine and Nursing, and the interview is structured. The written test subject is the position of "professional ability test", and the interview content is mainly professional knowledge.
The interview procedure is implemented according to the "Interview Procedure for National Civil Servants in Shenyang (Trial)".
(3) The interview is calculated according to the percentage system, and the qualified score line is 60 points.
(four) the time and place of the interview shall be notified by the employer to the candidates who enter the interview.
5. Total score calculation.
Implement the method of weighted scoring of written test and interview results. The weight ratio of written test scores is 60%, and the weight ratio of interview scores is 40%. The formula of weight score is: weight score = written test score ×0.6+ interview score ×0.4.
Six, physical examination and assessment
(1) According to the score weight, the candidates for physical examination and assessment are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1: 1. Weighted scores are tied together, and the candidates for physical examination and assessment are determined according to the written test scores from high to low.
(two) the Municipal Health Bureau and the Civil Affairs Bureau are responsible for organizing the physical examination. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health.
(3) The Municipal Health Bureau and the Civil Affairs Bureau are responsible for assessing the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of those who have passed the medical examination, and reviewing their qualifications at the same time.
(4) Vacancies due to unqualified physical examination and assessment shall be filled from those who apply for the same position in the order of high weight scores.
Seven. Publicity and employment
The list of persons to be hired was publicized on Shenyang Personnel Network for 7 days.
If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the Shenyang Municipal Health Bureau and the Shenyang Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau will put forward employment opinions, fill in the Record Form for Open Recruiters of Institutions in Liaoning Province, and report to the Municipal Personnel Bureau for the record.
The employing unit and the employee shall sign the employment contract according to the Record Form of Public Recruiters in Institutions of Liaoning Province to determine the employment relationship.
Implement a probation system. The probationary period of the hired personnel is 6 months (in 2007, the probationary period of ordinary college graduates was one year). Those who pass the probation period are officially hired, and those who fail are dismissed.
