Why don't many ui designers who recruit games need experience?

The work of game ui designers is very hard, and there are several reasons why experience is not needed:

1, people who need new ideas can be led by old employees according to the company's requirements, and people without game ui design are more likely to enter the company's responsibility requirements;

If the company has old employees, it doesn't need people with deep qualifications. Recruit new people to learn slowly and start training from the basics;

3, people with work experience have fixed thinking, and sometimes they are not as active as newcomers.

On the other hand, it is good to have such an opportunity. Being led by others is a good opportunity for learning and progress.
