What are the occupational restrictions for people with criminal records?

People with criminal records cannot engage in the following occupations:

1. Judges

According to Article 1 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Judges? The following persons may not serve as judges:

(1) Those who have been criminally punished for crimes;

(2) Those who have been expelled from public office.

2. People's Jurors

Article 6 of the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Improving the People's Jury System stipulates that the following persons shall not serve as people's jurors:

(1) Those who have been criminally punished for crimes;

3. Procurator

Article 11 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Procurators? The following persons may not serve as prosecutors:

(1) Those who have been criminally punished for crimes;

(2) Those who have been expelled from public office.

4. Civil Servants

Article 24 of the Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China:

(1) Those who have been criminally punished for crimes;

(2) Having been expelled from public office;

5. Lawyers

12. Auctioneer

Article 15 of the Auction Law of the People's Republic of China (revised in 215)

An auctioneer shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Having a college degree or above and professional knowledge of auction;

(2) Having worked in an auction enterprise for more than two years;

(3) Good conduct.

(1) Because they have committed corruption, bribery, dereliction of duty, property infringement or social damage.

Article 18 of the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (revised in 214)

Under any of the circumstances specified in Article 146 of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China or any of the following circumstances, the person in charge of a stock exchange may not be appointed:

(1) The person in charge of a stock exchange, a securities registration and settlement institution or a director of a securities company who has been dismissed due to illegal or disciplinary acts.

(2) It has not been more than five years since the lawyer, certified public accountant or professionals of investment consulting institutions, financial consulting institutions, credit rating institutions, asset appraisal institutions and verification institutions were disqualified due to illegal or disciplinary acts.

Article 131 A person who falls under the circumstances specified in Article 146 of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China or one of the following circumstances may not serve as a director, supervisor or senior manager of a securities company:

(1) The person-in-charge of a stock exchange or securities registration and settlement institution or the director, supervisor or senior manager of a securities company who has been dismissed due to illegal or disciplinary acts has not been more than five years since the date of dismissal.

17. Specific employees in the insurance industry

(1) Due to violation of the law,

(2) A lawyer, a certified public accountant or a professional of an asset appraisal institution, a verification institution or other institutions whose practice qualification has been revoked due to illegal or disciplinary acts, and it has not been more than five years since the day when their practice qualification has been revoked.

18. Bankruptcy administrator

21. Specific employees in the food industry
