The Tobacco Bureau has professional restrictions.

Tobacco companies need to recruit majors:

1, tobacco major: tobacco science, tobacco cultivation, plant protection;

2. Computer major: computer, computer application, computer science and technology, computer software, computer network engineering and management, computer network and software application, computer network technology, electronic information system, electronic information science and technology, information management and information system, information and computing science, economic information management and computer application;

3. Economic management: Economics, economic management, national economic management, international economy and trade, trade economy, enterprise management, business administration, marketing, e-commerce, international business, logistics management, statistics, finance and other majors;

4. Human resource management: labor economics, labor and social security, social insurance, human resource management, public management and other majors;

5. Accounting: accounting, financial management, computerized accounting, financial management, auditing, finance, and specialization of certified public accountants; 6. Law: law, jurisprudence, economic law and economic law;

7. Construction engineering: architecture, building environment and equipment engineering, industrial and civil architecture, civil engineering, engineering budget, architectural design and theory, building technology science, project management and other majors.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Regulations for the Implementation of People's Republic of China (PRC) Tobacco Monopoly Law.

Engaged in the production, wholesale and retail business of tobacco monopoly products, as well as the import and export business of tobacco monopoly products and the purchase and sale business of foreign tobacco products, must apply for a tobacco monopoly retail license in accordance with the provisions of the Tobacco Monopoly Law and these Regulations. Tobacco monopoly retail license is divided into:

(1) License of tobacco monopoly production enterprise;

(2) License of tobacco monopoly wholesale enterprise;

(3) Tobacco monopoly retail license.
