Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) is a 985 key engineering university, 2 1 1, a campus of Harbin Institute of Technology, just like Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) is also a campus of Harbin Institute of Technology. It's not two, it's not three, and it's not the same as Beijing Institute of Technology Zhuhai Branch (it's three) and Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Branch (it's three).
