1. During the epidemic prevention and control period, Yuzhou Second People's Hospital will provide 24-hour consultations, general outpatient services from 8:00-12:00 in the morning and 14:30-17:30 in the afternoon, and emergency services 24 hours a day.

2. All persons entering the hospital must wear masks correctly and cooperate with QR code scanning, temperature measurement and registration. Personnel who do not wear masks and do not cooperate with our hospital's prevention and control work are prohibited from entering the hospital.

3. All patients with respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat and fatigue should proactively inform the staff and go to the fever sentinel point under the guidance of the staff.

4. For those with normal body temperature, please take the initiative to report any clinical symptoms such as cough, sore throat, diarrhea, etc. when seeking medical treatment, as well as any recent history of close contact with people at risk. The information you provide will provide the most reliable basis for doctors to make timely and accurate diagnosis.

5. Prescription of medicines for patients with chronic diseases is carried out normally. Patients are asked to bring their medical cards and chronic disease cards to come for treatment. In order to avoid people gathering, please cooperate with the hospital in implementing "one person, one clinic" for orderly medical treatment. When waiting for treatment, please keep a safe distance of more than 1 meter, do not gather in dense areas, and avoid unnecessary personal contact.

6. In order to reduce the chance of infection for you and your loved ones, we are refusing to visit. When inpatients and their family members arrive at the ward, please cooperate with the medical staff to register and consciously wear masks. In principle, only one attendant will be left for inpatients, who will be issued with a companion card and have access to the ward. Patients are not allowed to leave the hospital while they are hospitalized. Patients and their attendants must undergo nucleic acid testing and are strictly prohibited from walking around in other wards or wards.

7. All accompanying personnel are not allowed to leave the hospital. When entering and exiting the hospital area and passing through various checkpoints, the accompanying personnel must cooperate with the staff to take temperature checks and show health codes and itinerary codes.

8. Accompanying and visiting are not allowed in the intensive care unit. Family members of patients should keep their mobile phones on 24 hours a day. If the patient has an emergency, the doctor in charge can contact them in time.

9. Please keep a queuing distance of more than 1 meter at the toll office and pharmacy. Please keep a distance of more than 1 meter when talking to others and avoid small talk. Food delivery personnel are prohibited from entering the hospital to achieve "contactless handover". It is prohibited to discard used masks at will. Please put them in yellow medical waste bins.
